Legal
Privacy & data requests
Last updated: August 3, 2026
You can ask us what personal information Suite Release holds about you, correct it, receive a copy, or ask us to delete it. This page explains how.
Requests you can make
- Access — a copy of the personal information associated with your account.
- Correction — fix information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Export — a machine-readable copy of your listings, messages, and profile.
- Deletion — close your account and remove your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw sharing — stop sharing your Resident Evaluation with a lease holder or landlord.
How to submit a request
Email support@suiterelease.ca from the address on your account and tell us which request you are making. We may ask a question or two to confirm your identity before we act, so we do not disclose your information to someone else.
How long it takes
We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex and needs more time, we will tell you why and give you a new date.
What we keep
Some records are retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Personal information attached to closed or expired listings is scrubbed on a rolling 90-day schedule.
