This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulators.
Not permitted on Suite Release
- Discrimination. Content that expresses or implies a preference, limitation, or exclusion on the basis of a ground protected by federal or provincial human rights legislation (including but not limited to race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, family status, disability, or receipt of public assistance). - Off-platform payment schemes that bypass tenant protections (wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency deposits).
- Harassment or threats in messages, listings, or Resident Evaluations.
- Solicitation and spam, including unrelated advertising, MLM, or repeated unsolicited contact.

- Misuse of another person’s information or uploading documents you are not authorized to share.
Reporting
Every listing and message has a “Report” action. If you believe content violates this policy, report it in-app or email support@suiterelease.ca. For emergencies or safety concerns, contact local authorities first.
